April was such a busy month for me, between birthdays of several important people in my life, trips, and increasing my workload. Throughout the month, many things that I am interested in have changed, as my free time has changed a ton. However, as I take my foot off of the gas in the month of May, I wanted to take a moment to share some of my favorites from the month of April:
Dooney and Bourke Change Purse: This is such a fantastic small leather good. For those of you who are looking for something that is a less expensive alternative to the Louis Vuitton Key Cles, this is it. It’s also a great alternative, because this is leather. Leather vs. canvas? I think that this guy is a clear winner. I got this in black, but there are a ton of amazing colors that you can choose from!
Adidas Mary Janes: I love these shoes. They have been so comfortable as I continue to recover from my back and ankle injury. They are also amazing to wear as work shoes, because while they are comfortable to walk in, they are great to pair with any outfit.
The Great Divide by Noah Kahan: I am like everyone else in saying that this album is absolutely amazing. It has been on repeat since it came out, and I had to share.
The Best Worst Thing by Lauren Okie: This was my favorite read of the month. It was so emotional, and I was here for it. In fact, there were times that I was unable to put this book down. It’s about Nicole, who runs a fertility podcast, and comes home to find her husband is in bed with their dogwalker. She runs to find her former office love, Logan, and the two begin down a complicated and twisted path.
Portland Leather Goods Koala Bag: This bag is absolutely amazing. I took this bag with me on a bachelorette trip this month, and it was the perfect bag for carrying everything you may need for a day on the go. I have it currently in the large and in the small size, and both of them work so well. They also come in a medium size, but I have yet to add that to the collection.
