Taking A Walk Through The Festival of Silver Lights

For the month of December, Meriden’s Hubbard Park sparkles with a magical holiday displays that spectators can either take a stroll in or drive through. This is known as the Festival of Silver Lights.

The display, which runs through January 2, features lights on the lake, as well as scattered throughout the park. For further details, you can check out their website here. Furthermore, admission to this display is completely free, so it doesn’t hurt the wallet to visit with the family, and it runs from dusk to dawn.

My fiancé and I took a walk on Sunday, and we were blown away by them. We only drove through last year, so I like it that we were able to get a chance to walk around this time around. Pro tip: bundle up. It was very cold.
