Out With the Old In With the Amae: AT Sangha Yoga and AT Lost and Found’s New Home

AT Sangha Yoga and AT Lost and Found have found a new home and a somewhat new name — the Amae Collective and AT Sangha Yoga Studio. The two businesses merged from their two original homes to one giant and mindful home on 44 River Street in Milford. They officially opened their doors to the public yesterday to welcome them to a mindful and peaceful spot in a world full of a chaos.

This space truly combines the best of both worlds — with the boutique in the front section of the space, and the spaces for yoga classes and other workshops in the back section. While walking through the boutique section, I was truly blown away. I felt as though I was walking in an expensive boutique with how gorgeous it was set up. However, the best part of this was that I could actually afford to shop there.

While the space is different, many of the same items were still there. There were a ton of adorable and comfy clothing — perfect for life on and off the mat. There was also the usual suspects from the previous location — gemstone jewelry, gorgeous greeting cards, and a ton of books. Like AT Lost and Found, every single item in this store was curated with intention in mind. While this space left behind the creativity of build your witch balls and make your own bracelets, it now has two bathrooms and two dressing rooms. Honestly, that’s a pretty huge upgrade to me from the previous space.

I did not have the privilege of visiting their previous yoga studio, but Tracy was extremely kind to give me a tour of their yoga space. And let me tell you that it was absolutely gorgeous. There were two rooms just set up for classes, as well as some spaces for workshops to promote mindfulness. However, my favorite part of the space was the rainbow auras that shown through the sunshine through the windows that welcomed people into their space and community.

This space may be new, but I can tell that every single particle of it comes with the love and assurance for quality that I’ve come to expect from the last year of shopping at AT Lost and Found. I’ve been a huge customer of Amy and Tracy’s over the past year, and I’m extremely proud of them and their new space and expansion. This new space is a wonderful addition to the ever evolving downtown Milford community, and this space is something that shows their compassion to their community and customers, as well as their passion to providing a welcome and peaceful space for all to enjoy.

I am looking forward to seeing what’s next for this dynamic duo in this new season and space, but in the meantime, I close this post with an om and namaste.
